We accept exchanges and returns for 30 days on most clothing, gear, and accessory items from the original purchase date for non-defective items (i.e. size or color exchanges). Items must be unused and unworn with the original undamaged product packaging. Items not returned with undamaged original packaging or in resalable condition may not be accepted and/or may be charged up to a 15% restocking charge.
Gun parts can only be returned if they are unused and in resellable condition. If the item is defective, ie, does not function, we will accept it within the 30 day period only.
When you purchase a firearm we assign the serial number of that firearm to that sale and begin the paperwork necessary to transfer it to you. Any cancellations, exchanges or returns before you take possession of the firearm are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our labor/time/materials.
After you take possession of the firearm, no returns will be accepted, unless there is a mechanical or manufacturing defect. If the firearm is defective, ie, does not function, we will accept it within the 30 day period only. Accuracy issues are not included or considered defective for the purposes of a return.
There are no exceptions to the firearms return policy.
You will be refunded 100% of the purchase price if the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives denies your transfer.
NFA / Suppressor / Silencer Order Cancellations & Refunds
All NFA items and silencer/suppressor sales require BATF approval. It is a painless process, but "ATF" approvals may take 6 months or longer. For this reason, the customer should be sure of their item's specifications and committed to the purchase and waiting period at the time of purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once transfer paperwork (Form 3, 4, 5) has been submitted to BATF.
The customer may cancel their NFA/silencer/suppressor order within the first 30 days following the purchase, providing:
- the item was a non-clearance/non-sale item;
- no BATF (ATF) paperwork has been submitted for the item;
- the customer is not participating in a payment plan; and
- the customer pays a 15% restocking fee of the price of the item.
The restocking fee is necessary to account for any labor/time/materials spent initiating and cancelling the sale of your item.
NFA Gun Trust Assistance is provided free with a qualifying purchase, but requires a $200 fee if the qualifying purchase/order is canceled. This is to account for the labor/time/materials spent preparing your paperwork and gun trust.
For example, providing the above conditions are met, if a customer chooses to request a refund for a suppressor purchased without a payment plan and with NFA Gun Trust Services, the customer will receive a refund for the purchase price of the suppressor less the 15% restocking fee and a $200 fee for the cancelled NFA Gun Trust Services.
Any orders or items beyond 30 days from the date of purchase are ineligible for return or refund.
FFL Required For Shipment of Firearms
Firearms are shipped to your designated FFL, if you cannot pick up your firearm from our Eagle River or Wasilla locations. If you do not have a dealer in mind we can help you find one in your area. If you do have a dealer selected, you must note which FFL will be receiving this item in the Comment box during checkout. Failure to do so could delay your order processing and shipping. If your FFL is not already on file, have them fax a signed copy of their license to (907) 373-0884 and include your name and order number on the cover sheet.

We ship all domestic orders via UPS or USPS. Shipping time depends on the method you've selected. We process most in-stock orders within 48-72 hours after receipt, Monday through Friday.
NOTE: Most of our products are shipped from Alaska. If you are in a rush, we recommend choosing 3 Day Select, or 2nd Day Air, instead of Ground.
We do not ship on weekends. Items shipped overnight on Friday will arrive on MONDAY, weekends and holidays are not considered ‘transit days’ with UPS.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY FOR NEW PRODUCTS?
Magpul is consistently recognized for its customer loyalty and we are committed to 100% user satisfaction.
If the item you received from us is not the item you ordered or it is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible or we will gladly take back the item and credit you the merchandise price along with shipping and handling costs.
To allow sufficient time to field test our gear in the environment of your choosing, if you find a newly purchased Magpul product unsatisfactory for any reason we will accept it back within 60-days of receipt for a full refund or exchange for another item(s). However, in either case, return and/or redelivery shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.
