RONINRIFLEWORKS.COM and Alaska Suppressor Company are solely owned and operated by Ronin Rifleworks LLC. Throughout the site, the terms "The Company", “us”, “I”, “we”, “our”, and “my” refers to Ronin Rifleworks, LLC dba Alaska Suppressor Company as it relates to the ownership and operation of roninrifleworks.com and Company owned domains. The Company offers this website, including all information, products, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Please read these terms of service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these terms of service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms of service.
Any new features or products which are added to the store shall also be subject to the terms of service. You can review the most current version of the terms of service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms of service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence; are of legal age to purchase firearms/silencers/accessories; and these products are legal in your jurisdiction.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
FIREARM / SILENCER / AMMO / GEAR SALES
All firearms, receivers, suppressors/silencers, equipment/gear, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. Please check your jurisdiction’s regulations before ordering any items that may be restricted or prohibited in your area.
All new firearms are shipped/sold in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and warranty (if applicable). Any and all firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the manufacturer according to the manufacturer’s warranty return instructions/conditions by the customer.
The Company will indicate a firearm is in “used” condition in the product description and will relay a brief description of its condition in good faith as communicated to us by the wholesaler/distributor/seller. The Company will not inspect firearms or warrant their safety/function. All sales on used products are final. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.
You must be 18 years old or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition. You must be 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas. All ammunition sales are final and not subject to return.
IN-STORE VS. IN-STOCK INVENTORY
We maintain an "in-store" inventory of select firearms/accessories available for immediate purchase or transfer from our two retail locations in Alaska. In-store items will be labeled as such in the product description.
We also maintain "in-stock" listings of firearms available to us as licensed dealers for various manufacturers and distributors. In-stock (in-warehouse) firearms/products allow us to provide you with a greater variety of firearms and accessories, often at better prices than local retailers. In-stock items will be labeled as such in the product description. Please note: in-stock products must be shipped to us prior to customer pick-up/transfer—this means we will have the item in hand about 2-5 business days following the order.
We do our best to ensure all in-stock items are currently available at our warehouse when listed on our website for purchase. However, all items on this website are subject to change without notice. This includes item availability and pricing. Our online inventory changes daily, and on occasion an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that all information or your experience on our site will be error-free, but we will do our best. We reserve the right to cancel any order including those orders involving listing, description, or pricing errors. In the event an order is cancelled we will halt the order and/or issue a full refund. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer return the item in an unopened condition and we will issue a full refund.
Please call or email with specific questions or inquiries and we will do our best to assist you.
If you encounter any problems with your order or the checkout process, or if you have any questions, please email us at or email@example.com.
GEAR, ACCESSORIES, & AMMUNITION RETURNS
We offer an easy 30-day money back guarantee. If you don't like the item for whatever reason we will take it back, with the following reasonable restrictions.
We accept exchanges and returns for 30 days on most clothing, gear, and accessory items from the original purchase date for non-defective items (i.e. size or color exchanges).
Items must be unused and unworn with the original undamaged product packaging. Items not returned with undamaged original packaging or in resalable condition may not be accepted and/or may be charged up to a 15% restocking charge.
Gun parts (does not include serialized receivers) can only be returned if they are unused and in resalable condition. If the gun part, gear item, or accessory is defective (i.e. does not function) we will accept it within 30-days following the sale date only.
All ammunition sales are final and will not be accepted for returns.
When you purchase a firearm/receiver we assign the serial number of that firearm to that sale and begin the paperwork necessary to transfer it to you. Any cancellations, exchanges or returns before you take possession of the firearm are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our labor/time/materials.
After you take possession of the firearm, no returns will be accepted, unless there is a mechanical or manufacturing defect. If the firearm is defective, i.e., does not function, we will accept it within 30 days following the sale date only. Accuracy issues are not included or considered defective for the purposes of a return. Returns will not be accepted due to normal wear of any parts, including metal, wood, plastic, rubber and other materials surface finish. The Company reserves the right to inspect any product before accepting a return.
There are no exceptions to the firearms return policy.
"ATF" / NICS DISAPPROVALS
You will be refunded 100% of the purchase price if NICS (background check) and/or the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives denies your transfer.
NFA / SUPPRESSOR / SILENCER ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
All NFA items and silencer/suppressor sales require BATF approval. It is generally a painless process, but "ATF" approvals may take up to 6 months or longer. For this reason, the customer should be sure of their item's specifications and committed to the purchase and waiting period at the time of purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once transfer paperwork (Form 3, 4, 5) has been submitted to BATF.
The customer may cancel their NFA/silencer/suppressor order within the first 30 days following the purchase, providing:
- the item was a non-clearance/non-sale item;
- no BATF (ATF) paperwork has been submitted for the item;
- the customer is not participating in a payment plan; and
- the customer pays a 15% restocking fee of the price of the item.
The restocking fee is necessary to account for any labor/time/materials spent initiating and cancelling the sale of your item.
NFA GUN TRUST ASSISTANCE REFUNDS
NFA Gun Trust Assistance is provided free with a qualifying purchase, but requires a $200 fee if the qualifying purchase/order is canceled. This is to account for the labor/time/materials spent preparing your paperwork and gun trust.
For example, providing the above conditions are met, if a customer chooses to request a refund for a suppressor purchased without a payment plan and with NFA Gun Trust Services, the customer will receive a refund for the purchase price of the suppressor less the 15% restocking fee and a $200 fee for the cancelled NFA Gun Trust Services.
Any orders or items beyond 30 days from the date of purchase are ineligible for return or refund.
Unless your product is “in-store”, your “in-stock” (in-warehouse) item must be shipped to us prior to pickup/transfer. Shipping times of in-stock items to the store may vary greatly, but we usually will have your item in less than 5 business days. Once it arrives we will contact you by email or phone to schedule a pickup or we will reship it to you the following business day.
All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are provided when provided by the shipping company.
FFL REQUIRED FOR SHIPMENT OF FIREARMS
Firearms are shipped to your designated FFL if you cannot pick up your firearm from either our Eagle River or Wasilla location. If you do not have a dealer in mind we can help you find one in your area. If you do have a dealer selected, you must note which FFL will be receiving this item in the comment box during checkout. Failure to do so could delay your order processing and shipping. If your FFL is not already on file, have them fax a signed copy of their license to (907) 373-0884 and include your name and order number on the cover sheet.
STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD
We ship all domestic orders via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United State Postal Service). If you wish to request special shipping methods, please contact us.
How much does shipping cost for U.S. orders?
Shipping and handling charges vary and are calculated during check out based on your delivery address, shipping method, and items purchased. Some purchases may require a revised shipping quote following your check-out; if this applies to your order, you will be contacted prior to shipment.
I live in the U.S. When will my order arrive?
We ship all domestic orders via UPS or USPS. Shipping time depends on the method you've selected. We process most in-store orders within 48-72 hours after receipt, Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends.
NOTE: Our in-store products are shipped from Alaska. If you are in a rush, we recommend choosing 3 Day Select, or 2nd Day Air, instead of Ground.
All warranty service for all firearms, including firearms in “used", “military surplus”, "as-is", and or “new” condition(s), must be sought through the firearm's manufacturer by the customer. We do not process warranty returns or repair firearms for customers. Some products may have a lifetime replacement warranty, but it depends on our supplier. Please see the product description for specific warranty information, if available.
